Executive Director

Gregory S Andriate, Ed.D.

Gregory S. Andriate partners with clients to cultivate sustainable enterprise capabilities for the 21st century. An expert in business innovation and transformational culture change, he guides executives in reframing, restructuring, revitalizing and renewing performance capabilities to engage employees and improve business value for customers and shareholders.

Since 1985, Greg has led over 30 transformation interventions in Europe, North and South America. His experience includes financial reporting / insurance savings plan conversions, agricultural / pharmaceutical product development cycle improvements, and operational excellence engagements in 22 petrochemical & chemical manufacturing sites. Greg’s executive coaching experience includes reinventing corporate functions in Capital Project Engineering, Corporate Communications, Safety/Health/Ecology, Financial Services, Human Resources, IT, Logistics and Procurement.

Dr. Andriate has published book chapters in The Sustainable Enterprise Field Book (Editions 1 & 2), Information and Behavior, and Communication Yearbook 6. He has multiple articles appearing in such journals as Communication, Communication Quarterly, and Communication Research Reports, and has served on editorial boards for two academic journals. Greg holds Bachelors & Masters degrees from Rutgers University, and a Doctorate in Educational Psychology from West Virginia University.
